We offer plenty of cake flavours for you to choose from, all baked fresh to order. If you have special dietary requirements please get in touch as we can often adapt our cakes to accommodate them.
A classic vanilla base with lashings of vanilla buttercream and raspberry preserve
A rich but moist chocolate cake with Belgian chocolate buttercream
Zesty lemon sponge, drizzled with lemon syrup and sandwiched with a fresh lemon curd buttercream
A traditional rich fruit cake, with mountains of brandy-soaked fruit, slowed baked and allowed to rest for three months as more whiskey and alcohol is added to it.
An extremely moist carrot cake filled with orange zest, spices, sultanas and pecans. This cake flavour is lovely on its own or layered with vanilla buttercream.
A delightful American chocolate cake, made with buttermilk and coloured bright red. Enjoy layered with traditional vanilla buttercream or Swiss meringue buttercream.
Coconut and Lime
A refreshing, tropical cake ideal for summer weddings, made with fresh limes and grated coconut.
Coffee and Walnut
A sophisticated flavour with added crunch from the walnuts and layered with espresso buttercream.
Coffee and chocolate in equal measure to create that sugary, caffeine high we all love.
Chocolate and Orange
Think Terry’s Chocolate Orange and that is the flavour we are going for with this one. A fabulous chocolate cake flavoured with fresh orange and orange blossom water.
A lovely light sponge full of warm and wintery spices. Spicy enough to satisfy fruitcake lovers but not enough to put off those who prefer something lighter.
Fresh ginger is grated into the cake and a fresh ginger syrup is also soaked through. A lovely delicate flavour for those who enjoy the spiciness of ginger but without the piquant kick from dried powder.
Raspberry Chambord and White Chocolate
A very decadent but delicious sponge stuffed with Belgian white chocolate and fresh raspberries. A Chambord syrup is soaked through and the cake is layered with lashings of raspberry Chambord buttercream and white chocolate ganache.
If you remember the three-coloured ice cream then this cake flavour is designed to be just like that. Alternating layers of vanilla and chocolate sponge are sandwiched together with a Belgian milk chocolate ganache and a fresh strawberry buttercream.
A beautiful almond sponge flavoured with the unmistakable taste of Amaretto and layered with an Amaretto buttercream.
A simple vanilla cake but with each layer a different colour to represent (almost) all the colours of the rainbow.
Less obvious than a rainbow cake but still with a splash of colour on the inside. The vanilla sponge cake is speckled with bright spots of colour throughout.
Raspberry and Dark Chocolate
A rich Belgian dark chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache and raspberry buttercream. No need to say anymore other than yum yum!
